By Submitting Payment you agree to the following terms:
PAYMENT OPTIONS: All payments made to Curbside Gamerz are done on-line via our secure gateway.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. All booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received within 30 days of scheduled event. There is a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events when cancelled after payment is received and within 21 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND will be provided when a party or event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event. Curbside Gamerz will make every effort to postpone and reschedule your event (with no penalty) to another date should cancellation be necessary.
TIPS: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
PRIVACY POLICY: Curbside Gamerz is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 40-mile radius from the zip code 38004.
BAD WEATHER: The Party Goes on! The Curbside Gamerz trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions (Ice, snow, wintery mix, lightning, very high winds, flooding). The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. That being said, the “Supreme Party” entertainment options our outside Awning Package TV’s will not be available during bad weather. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (Ice, snow, wintery mix, lightning, very high winds, flooding) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Curbside Gamerz does require a parent or responsible adult to be present just outside of the trailer at all times. The game coach will not be able to watch the kids inside and outside the trailer at the same time during "Supreme Parties". Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party (on your property, not in the Gurbside Gamerz game theater); however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The Client/Host is in charge of, and excepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also excepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Curbside Gamerz equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE: Curbside Gamerz or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Curbside Gamerz reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests.
INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER: Curbside Gamerz or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the client’s property or their designated location. Using the Curbside Gamerz Game Theater is not a high-risk activity, so an implied waiver is assumed with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK: Curbside Gamerz does not allow any food or drinks into the mobile game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
PICTURES/VIDEO: Only at the customers request. The Game Coach can take pictures of the party from inside and outside the trailer for “Curbside Gamerz” website and social media pages.
INVITATIONS: We no longer offer invitation.
OUR TRUCK/TRAILER: When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We usually have to park on your neighborhood street, so it’s a good idea to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. The truck and trailer package needs approximately 60 feet of space. Additionally our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event nor park off of a hardened surface.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Curbside Gamerz makes all ESRB rated “E” Everyone games available by default at every party. The Client/Host of the party is responsible, during the booking process, for selecting if they want “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature games to be allowed at the party as well as notifying any concerned parents of their guests. It is also recommended that all clients email us with their game requests as soon as possible.
